    I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I would like to ride the SRT from San Bernardino all the sway down to the beach. I have done both ends from Green River to the beach, and from San Bernardino down to Hidden Valley Nature Preserve (at Arlington). I know I am going to have to do streets between the two, but was wondering if anyone has directions for a safe route through? And as long as i am at it, is anyone else interested in the ride?

    Hi Roger, the easiest is to take SART from SBDO to Riverside get off at Market St. It changes to Magnolia then to 6th St.  Left on Paseo Grande. Right on Frontage Rd. Left on Serfas Club Dr. Right on Palisades Dr. Right on Green River. Then on the SART.  Miles may be 18 or 20ish.

    I will post your question on RBC Face Book and will post the answer here or you can join RBC Face Book.  Hope this helps and have a great ride.  The Smog to Surf ride is coming up Oct 25 and you can ride the century.  It takes somewhat the same route.  (:

    Hi again Roger, we got a lot of good replies from FB;

    • Tom Erlandson Corona is a mess to ride through, unfortunately. I did it once, a couple years ago, and decided Green River Road was a better starting point.
    • Sam Crawford Best way? Sart has a web site with maps.
    • Kenneth Beebe Check out my Strava and I rode from Jurupa Valley to Green River last weekend. U could take SART down to VB then VB to Limonite n follow my route. I didn't like the route thru Norco either.
    • Vicki Yearian Thanks guys, I'll forward this for him.

    Hi Vicki

    Thank you and all who replied. I have not had a chance to look at the suggested routes yet, but I will when I get home tonight. (I haven't been able to get to the message board for a few days, and I wanted to let you know I got your responses).

    I saw the Smog to Surf ride, and was considering that as well. Is there a route for that set up already?

    Hope you can do the STS.  It is a lot of fun!  Here are the three main routes or you can make up your own.  Be sure to SIGN UP for the ride before Oct 15.   (: century metric century quarter century
