"Patriot Ride for Our Heroes"

Dear Bike Rider,

My name is Tim Esser, founder of Tour de Palm Springs Charity Bicycle event.  I wanted to invite you to join hundreds of other Military, Fire, Police and citizens from all over America to our 

“Patriot Ride for Our Heroes”.

The event will be in beautiful La Quinta  CA, near Palm Springs on

Oct 26, 2013.

You DO NOT have to be military, fire or  police to ride in this event.  Here is what we have planned: 

• ·         Cycling with hundreds of our heroes, including military, fire, and police from all over the US
• ·         300-piece marching band performing at start area playing the Armed Forces Medley
• ·         Flyover of military aircraft at the start
• ·         Staging area draped in a patriotic theme of red, white, and blue along with hundreds of flags
• ·         Food, energy drinks, and entertainment at SAG stops along several hundred miles of routes
• ·         SAG stops located at fire stations and law enforcement stations

Our goal is to express our appreciation to these heroes for sacrifices made protecting our country.  “Patriot Ride” has no paid administration and funds raised go to military, fire and police local charities. 

If you are riding with a cycling group of 10 or more, please let us know so our MC can acknowledge your group name along with YOUR 3 second message to our HEROES.
